Terms of Returns

Product returns is allowed under the following conditions and within 10 working days only:

1. If the product is irregular/defective.
2. If upon receipt, product is damaged under carrier's responsibility.
3. If under our responsibility, you received another product instead of what you ordered.
4. If under of your own responsibility, you ordered a wrong product. In this case you have to be charged the two-way carrier cost.

Refunds are out of question. Replacement of the same product or any similar of equal value (if the returned is in perfect condition) is available.
